We are NOT an authorized distributor, direct partner, franchisee, or subsidiary of HP Inc., Canon Inc., Seiko Epson Corporation, Brother Industries, Ltd., or any other manufacturer.

All brand trademarks, trade dress, product titles, model designations (e.g., DeskJet, LaserJet, Smart Tank, PIXMA, MAXIFY, imageCLASS, EcoTank, WorkForce, HL-Series, MFC), and logos belong exclusively to their respective corporate trademark holders. Any reference to these marks on our website is made strictly under the legal doctrine of Nominative Fair Use solely to identify device compatibility and product specifications for consumers.

3. Product Authenticity & Inventory

All printers, ink consumables, and accessories presented in our catalog are brand-new, original manufacturer equipment (OEM) supplied in sealed factory packaging. We maintain strict quality checks prior to dispatch. In the rare circumstance that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, our customer desk will notify you within 24 hours with the option of an equivalent alternate unit or a prompt 100% refund.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Transparent Checkout

All listed prices are clearly stated in US Dollars ($ USD) with transparent itemization. We do not enforce recurring subscription charges, hidden handling fees, or automatic renewal contracts. Final totals, applicable shipping rates, and tax calculations are shown before you confirm your order. In the rare event of a demonstrable typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate full refund.

5. 7-Day Direct Replacement & Return Policy

We provide a 7-Day Direct Return and Replacement Guarantee on all hardware units delivered through our platform. If your delivered printer arrives damaged in shipping, has missing internal accessories, or suffers from out-of-the-box Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) operating defects, submit a claim within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange a free courier collection and dispatch an immediate factory-sealed replacement unit or issue a 100% full refund.

6. Shipping & Insured Transit

Confirmed customer orders are packed in heavy-duty protective packaging and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours via insured courier carriers. Customers receive an automated dispatch notification with a live tracking link. Transit time typically ranges between 2 to 5 business days depending on geographical destination. 7. Manufacturer Factory Warranties

All brand-new printers sold through Infranix Solution are accompanied by original manufacturer limited factory warranties. Customers are fully entitled to OEM manufacturer support and warranty claims directly through authorized service centers according to the manufacturer's warranty registration terms.

8. Software Drivers & Official Setup Policy

In strict compliance with Google Safe Browsing and consumer digital security standards, Infranix Solution does not host, modify, or distribute executable software drivers or unauthorized remote software. We provide setup guidance and direct users exclusively to official verified manufacturer portals (e.g., hp.com, canon.com, epson.com, support.brother.com) to download authentic software utilities directly from the source.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INFRANIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use equipment purchased, third-party carrier transit delays, or third-party software incompatibilities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
